The Manor House, in Doncaster, South Yorkshire

THE MANOR HOUSE

This substantial Austerfield manor house was once home to William Bradford (and his ancestors) who sailed on the Mayflower in 1620; he was made Governor of Plymouth Colony in April 1621.

This Grade II listed house was originally half-timbered and parts (mainly beams) date back to the 16th century.
