The Beat lies close to the heart of Doncaster. This together with its network of rides and footpaths, makes it a favorite place for townspeople to walk their dogs, go riding, picnic in summer, or simply explore the changing woodland.

Directions

Take the Mainline No.80 bus from Duke Street, Doncaster Town Centre. Get off opposite 'The Sportsman' public house at Armthorpe, cross the road and walk down Sandall Beat Lane to the wood. If driving, head past the racecourse and it's on your right.
