FacilitiesWheelchairs are available at all times and can be requested when booking your flight.
Toilets for passengers with disabilities are available on the ground floor and on the first floor, which is accessible by lift. Access to similar toilets is also available in the departure and arrival areas.
The majority of our passenger facilities are based on the ground floor of the terminal building. The dining opportunities, bars and lounge area on the first floor are accessible by lift.ParkingA pick-up and set-down area is available outside the terminal entrance. Parking spaces for passengers with disabilities are reserved at the front of the airport car park.
The Airport Arrow shuttle bus is a direct link between Doncaster Rail Station and Robin Hood Airport.
A dedicated vehicle operates the service, which is fully DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) compliant.
