hazel hall from Cookeville, TN, USA: I was being picked up by my daughter, who was late. It was 1/1/05. I was very sick. This young lady in the travel help not only attempted to phone my daughter in Blidworth - finally succeeded, but when I vomited all over the carpet, my cape and myself, not only took me in to clean up but said she would take care of the floor. My daughter arrived and we left. When we got to Blidworth (about two hours away) and the phone rang and it was Sarah from Doncaster Station enquiring how I was. I am back in the United States now and have been telling everyone I know about the kindness and consideration shown me by Sarah. You have a gem!!!
