As part Of the First World War Centenary Commemoration, Doncaster Choral Society will be presenting a Special Remembrancetide Concert featuring Karl Jenkins’“ The Armed Man ”- A Mass For Peace along with Faure’s “ Requiem ”. Simon Lindley will conduct and accompaniment will be provided by David Houlder on organ and the National Festival Orchestra. There will be six soloists.
The concert will be held on Remembrance Saturday 8th November at 7.30 pm in Priory Place Methodist church, Doncaster. Tickets (priced £12, concessions £10 and school pupils FREE) can be obtained by telephone 01302 840728 or at Tourist Information, High St, Doncaste
