Hi
I am the general manager of a nightclub in Rotherham, Liquid & Envy, a 2000 capacity modern nightclub, with excellent sound and lighting systems.
I am looking at starting a monthly / weekly or bi weekly Polish night due to the large number of Polish people in the area.
Polish music will be played, by a Polish DJ. This night will be open to everybody.
Is this something that you think the Polish community would be interested in? If so what would be the preffered night (it can not be a Friday or Saturday).

Now if I organised a night like your proposing and made it english only, How far do you think I would get?
My experience of working with Polish folk is that they want to integrate not have exclusive nights.

my god...do I have to ask what country I live in. I didnt want to but...what is next on the list. Perhaps we should all shimmy over to Poland and give you more room. I can't believe it, surely you are not serious. Did you not learn nothing over the passed 65 years? Im sorry but what a stuipid idea.

I see that you have edited the initial posting which I had responded to, hereby making this night open to everyone and not for exclusive Polish use. It now reads a lot better than when I first read the post. You see how easy it is to agrivate a tension amonst people..it's highlighted the fact that we must be very aware of what we say and what we write..and sometimes we are not paying attention, though we should be stiving for political correctness, diplomacy and decency amongst all members of the globe. Put my name down for your polish night , I'll make sure I bring some morris dancers!

Talking about racial tension,it is based on someone always blaming the other ethnic group for some indescretion or even imagined indescresion,for example a minority of Moari (New Zealand) Aboriginal (Australia) seem to blame "The white man" weather it be a Pole/German/Russian/Scots/Welsh/French/Austrian/Swiss/American/Irish/Icelandic/Danish/Swedish/Finnish/and all the other Northern European groups who just happen to have, fair skin,because of their hereditory traits or location on the earth (Northern Hemisphere) where they just happened to be born,Just as a minority of Europeans or people born in the Northern Hemisphere i.e fair skinned people blame the dark skinned people for some indescretion or imagined indescretion,weather this be different customs/religious practices/food choices/even the choices of partner if that person is of a different racial group to the other partner,It is so very easy to pass this predjudice on to the next generation (our children) they see our own predjudices,this becomes embedded into their mindset,but thankfully this is not allways the case,some children will go completly in the opposite direction of grossly predjudised parents and mix with who ever they wish,and therefore breaking the cycle of discriminationary behavour,It never ceases to amaze or I should say disgust me,how adults can easily be whipped into a frenzied paronoid state,by groups or political genre and be insighted to violence either assault or murder of other human beings,but this is the world that we have to live in,will it ever change,I just cannot tell you the easy answer to this question.

It really is over for England,you have totally lost any singular cultural heritage that was there forty years ago,today the no go areas are rampant,England is a total multicultural mixture,which can be good in so many ways,but when people start snapping and snarling at one anothers cultural differances,this is called racisim in all its unfettered hate and gore,and any racist person in my book is just a complete tosser not worth wasteing the earths rescourses of co2 on thier breathing,or increasing the methane levels from their continual farting,and harping about poor us,they meaning any ethnic minorities have stolen our land/jobs/women,BooHooo get real,get out and talk to people.
