Great occasion with wild racing pundit Prince Monolulu inviting himself to a wedding in Doncaster during St Leger week.

Cant tell the church. Anyone?

Cheers

No help identifying the church but I'm sure Ive seen that photo (or very similar) a fair while ago in a newspaper  or suchlike.
just got that  deja-vu feeling....
Probably the Donny Gazette or the Donny Evening Post as they were the ones I tended to read as a kid

did you research the name prince monolulu? loads of stuff on google, but i cant find what church the wedding is at, just that it's in Doncaster,

Mum's cousin, Jim Rowett's wedding to Nellie Westney - Doncaster Race Week (St Leger) when Prince Monolulu invited himself to the 'nuptials'! (24 August 1931)

Prince Monolulu. I don't know if you are aware of it but
PM married a Nellie Adkins in London in 1931 and I have
a picture of him with her at Doncaster (St.Leger) on
8.Sept. 1931. If you want any further information on
PM I think I can say (without any modesty!) I am the
expert on his life. Good Luck! E5152G
